Daily Gratitude:
Today I would like to express my gratitude for having enough energy despite my poor sleep, again. My sleep is not getting good here. I need to be fully focused and follow a strict routine. Yet today during some hours I felt normal, as if I was recovered. This is giving me hope and I am happy about it. Soon I will be fully recovered.
Diary Entry:
Today I was woken up through some noise. It was around 8:10 AM and I got 6:30H of sleep. I don’t know if I would have slept longer if I wasn’t woken up because 8:30AM is my usual wake time by default. I wanted to take a walk in the morning but ended up taking a walk around the village at 3 PM. This is later than intended but earlier than in the very evening. It was freezing cold but it’s nice to get steps in before it’s pitch black outside.
That was my main activity for today. I ordered one pizza today but received two. The delivery guy made a mistake. After calling the pizzeria about it, they gave it on the house. So I ended up eating it. I consumed 4500 calories; too many again. I created a weight loss diet plan today, the exercise plan already stands. My goal is to hit 80 kg of body weight in 16-18 weeks. I will lose a lot of water weight quickly, so perhaps a fat loss of 15 kg is needed. My diet plan will put me at a deficit of perhaps 800-1000 calories. That should roughly fit. It will start when I am home.
There is not much else to talk about. I thought about my relationship and how I can improve and sustain it long-term, talked a little with my wife about it. The VR headset that I ordered as a gift for my brother will actually arrive soon. Took DHL or CoolBlue a week to send it out…? I was about to request money back. At last it will arrive soon. It’s -15°C here and we have a cat that sleeps in a small room in our garden. I hope she is not freezing. We usually give her a few warm bottles overnight into a cat bed. That should keep her a little warmer. It’s pretty late now so I am about to head to sleep. Tomorrow I need to check in for my flight.
The “blizzard like” conditions actually worry me that my flight will be cancelled but I have a place to stay so it will be fine. That is probably it for today, nothing else is going through my mind to talk about. So the next post will come tomorrow.
